Reggie Lee

Malaysia's celebrated cartoonist Reggie Lee was born and bred on the island of Penang, where his natural talent for art war recognized at a tender age. The commercial world of advertising claimed his attention early in his career, but his bold move to concentrate more on cartooning has brought immense satisfaction to him personally and to his fans at large.

For years, as Malaysia's foremost cartoonist, Reggie has been poking fun at Malaysians with his real-life, rib-tickling humour in the national daily, The Sun. Not only is his column eagerly awaited by readers, but it has garnered accolades from around the world. He is also a popular contributor to the Microsoft website MSN.com.my, with his up-to-the-minute cartoons twice weekly.

Reggie's cartoons, in various forms, are a witty introduction to the Malaysian way of life, guaranteed to put a smile on faces. From the Prime Minister himself to the man on the street, no one is spared Reggie's brand of humour. A vivid sampling of these cartoons can be found in any of Reggie books Reggie Lee, Made in Malaysia, Good Morning Malaysia 1,2,3 and Good Evening Malaysia.
